Questions About Delivery
Delivery fees vary based on distance from Smiths Station, AL. The fee is shown transparently during booking. Delivery is charged per trip (one fee covers drop-off, and one fee covers pickup at the end of your stay).
In some cases, yes — but it depends on driver availability and distance. We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee your dates. For last-minute requests, call us directly and we'll do our best to make it work.
Some campgrounds have size restrictions on rigs. When you book, let us know the campground name and site number (if applicable) and we'll match you with a camper that fits. Our fleet ranges from 22 feet to 39 feet, so we usually have an option that works.
Most campgrounds have water and electric hookups. If your site doesn't have hookups, let us know — some of our campers can run off their built-in battery systems for short periods. We'll advise based on which unit you're renting.
No. We use our own trucks to haul every camper. You don't need any towing capability whatsoever. Just show up at your campsite — the camper will be waiting for you (or we'll arrive together, depending on timing).
