Third-party rental marketplaces typically add 10–20% in service fees on top of the nightly rate. Booking directly on our site cuts out the middleman entirely — what you see is what you pay, with no platform markups. It also puts you in direct contact with us from the start, which means faster responses and better service.
Most campers have a 2-night minimum. Some units or peak weekends (Auburn home games, Talladega, holidays) may have longer minimums. The booking widget will show you the minimum for your specific dates and camper.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure booking platform. Payment is processed at the time of booking.
Yes, there is a cleaning fee associated with most bookings. The fee covers our professional cleaning service between rentals and will be shown clearly during checkout before you confirm your booking.
Cancellation policies are outlined in your rental agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before your trip receive a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days of your trip may be subject to fees. Contact us directly if you need to modify or cancel — we'll work with you where we can.
Yes — campgrounds are our most common delivery location. Just give us the name of the campground and your site number when you book. We'll coordinate directly with the campground if needed and make sure the camper fits your site.
Absolutely. Backyard deliveries are great for family gatherings, kids' sleepovers, extra guest space, or a staycation. We just need enough driveway or yard space to maneuver the camper. If you're not sure, send us your address and we'll confirm.
We serve a wide area including East Alabama, West Georgia, and more — including Talladega for race weekends. See our Delivery page for cities and campgrounds we regularly serve, or just call us to confirm your specific address. We cover more ground than you might expect.
We'll coordinate a delivery window with you after booking. Most deliveries happen in the morning or early afternoon of your check-in date. We'll give you a call or text when we're on our way so you know when to expect us.
No — we can deliver and set up the camper without you being present. If you need to be somewhere else, just let us know. We'll handle delivery, leveling, and full setup on our own and leave everything ready to go when you arrive.
That said, we do encourage you to be there if possible. Our driver will walk you through how everything works — AC, water heater, slide-outs, awning, and more — so you feel completely comfortable before your trip starts. But it's your call.
Select campers in our fleet are pet-friendly. When browsing, check the individual camper listing for its pet policy. A pet fee will apply to pet-friendly bookings.
We're pet people ourselves — our Frug (Pug/French Bulldog mix) Cooper goes everywhere with us, so we understand how important it is to bring your four-legged family members along. We'll do our best to find the right unit for you and your pet.

In some cases, yes. If you have a capable tow vehicle and want to pick up and haul the camper yourself, reach out to us and we can discuss the options. Most renters choose delivery because it's just easier and you don't need a hitch or tow vehicle.
Yes! Auburn game weekends are some of our most popular booking periods. Game weekends typically require longer minimums and have higher demand, so book early — these fill up fast. We can deliver to your tailgate location within our service area.
Absolutely — Talladega is one of our biggest weekends of the year. We can deliver to the Talladega Superspeedway area for race weekend. Book well in advance — Talladega weekends book up months ahead.
