Meet the Team

We're Chris & Jamie Thomas

Auburn Camper Rentals started with one camper, a Dave Ramsey budget, and a decision to turn a liability into an asset. We listed it on RVShare, and it took off. A few months later we had our first consignment owner. Then another. In February 2025, we launched Auburn Camper Rentals as our own brand.

Jamie keeps the operation running: coordinating deliveries, managing the schedule, and making sure every camper leaves spotless. We built this together, and we care about every trip we're a part of.

We're based in Smiths Station, AL. Local people, local roots, real service.

"Thank you for a great experience at Windcreek. We were able to arrive, and start relaxation since everything was already set up to enjoy. Our camper was spacious, comfy and very up to date! Can't wait to go again! Might I add communication was excellent. That means alot!"

"We camped in the “baby Wildwood” at Windcreek. We enjoyed the ease and convenience of arriving to camp and the camper being set up already. The camper was very nice and comfortable."

Felicia J., Wind Creek State Park · Google review
★★★★★

"We had a seemless experience. Chris answered any questions we had since we were new to staying in an RV. It didn't matter that we were novice to camping out, the camper had everything we needed to enjoy our stay."

Auburn Camper Rentals set up for game day at Jordan-Hare Stadium

Auburn Game Days

The Best Seat in Town Starts Outside

Auburn home game weekends are some of our most popular booking periods, and for good reason. We deliver campers right to the tailgate zone so your crew can set up camp, cook out, and roll into Jordan-Hare Stadium on a full stomach.

We also cover Talladega race weekends, holiday weekends, lake trips, and backyard events. If there's something going on in the Southeast, there's a good chance we can get a camper there.

Game weekends book up fast, sometimes months in advance. Don't wait until the week of.
