We Sign a Consignment Agreement

We put everything in writing. The agreement covers your payout rate (40% of nightly), maintenance responsibilities, wear-and-tear expectations, and how your payout is calculated. No surprises.

We List and Market Your Camper

We add your camper to our website, our Wheelbase booking platform, and our third-party marketplace listings (RVShare, RVEzy, and more). Your camper gets in front of thousands of potential renters who are already looking.

We Handle Everything Else

Bookings, customer questions, delivery coordination, cleaning, setup โ€” all of it. You don't talk to renters, you don't coordinate schedules, and you don't clean campers. We do all of it.

We primarily work with travel trailers in good working condition. Units typically range from 22 to 40 feet. The camper needs to be clean, functional, and presentable to renters. Reach out and we'll let you know if your specific unit qualifies.

You earn 40% of the nightly rental rate only. Delivery fees, cleaning fees, and add-ons are not included in the split โ€” those go to us to cover operational costs. So if your camper rents for $139/night for 3 nights, your cut is 40% ร— $417 = $166.80. This is spelled out clearly in your consignment agreement.

Normal wear and tear is expected. For damage caused by renters, we pursue the renter through our platform's damage protection process. For mechanical issues, we use the credit account system โ€” ACR fronts the repair cost and recoups it through future payout deductions if it falls within our agreed maintenance budget.

Yes, with advance notice. We just need to block those dates on the booking calendar. Owners can reserve their own camper for personal use โ€” just let us know as far in advance as possible so we don't book a renter during your planned dates.

Your consignment agreement includes exit terms. Generally, you give us advance notice and we honor any bookings already confirmed on your camper before transitioning out. We want this to be a long-term partnership, but we don't trap anyone in it.
